Q: How far in advanced do I have to book?
 
A: For hair services, we are booking out 2-4 weeks.
For nail care services, one of our nail technicians is out on maternity leave so we are on a waitlist for all new guests. Current guests may have to wait as well.

Please check back in November for normal availability which is normally 5-8 weeks scheduled out. 

Q: What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

A: If it is your first appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a consultation form.
For hair appointments, please arrive with inspiration photos of your desired look as well as clean, dry hair. 
For nail appointments,
 please be sure to wear open toed shoes so that your polish doesn't smudge.
We recommend not shaving 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid sensitivity.

Q: What if I have to cancel or reschedule?

A: Life happens & we understand. We will try our hardest to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. 
We kindly ask for the courtesy of 48 hours so that we are able to give your reservation to someone on our waitlist. A fee is processed on all appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours of the service. 

Q: What products do you use?

A: We pride ourselves on seeking out the best of the best. For haircare we are the only Bumble & Bumble Salon in Volusia County. For nail care, our products are selected from the USA, Canada and Europe because we prioritize the highest quality of ingredients in order to do its best for our guests. Our products are all natural, vegan and safe for someone who is diabetic. As well as are antibacterial and anti-fungal to promote healthy pedicuring.
