Do you accept walk-ins?

We are by appointment only to ensure personalized and undivided attention for each guest. Booking in advance is highly recommended.

Can I get a pedicure if I have nail damage or issues?

Yes! Our team is trained in advanced techniques to care for damaged, thickened, or missing nails. We create safe, beautiful results — no judgment, ever.

Is your scalp therapy suitable for all hair types?

Absolutely. Our scalp treatments are customized to your hair and scalp condition. While not recommended for open wounds or certain medical conditions (like psoriasis/eczema), we’ll help guide you to the best care plan.

What’s your cancellation policy?

At Elite Feet & Studio, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared to give you our full attention and care. Your time with us is more than just a service—it’s a moment to relax, restore, and feel your very best.

To keep our schedule flowing smoothly and allow other guests the opportunity to enjoy that same experience, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When booking, we securely reserve your appointment with a credit card on file. If your card becomes outdated or invalid, we’ll simply update it at your next visit. Rest assured, your card will only be charged in the following cases:

  • If you miss your appointment without notice

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled time

 

'In these instances, a fee equal to 50% of the original service price will be applied.

We truly appreciate your understanding—it helps us provide a calm, well-prepared environment for every guest who walks through our doors.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Give the gift of self-care. Gift cards can be purchased in-studio or online and used toward any of our services!

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

To maintain a calm and focused environment, we ask that only those receiving a service come into the studio unless otherwise discussed.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Come with clean, product-free nails or hair (if applicable), and arrive a few minutes early to relax. If you’re receiving a pedicure, please do not shave your legs on the day of your appointment, as freshly shaved skin can be more prone to irritation or infection. If you have any concerns or health conditions, feel free to let us know ahead of time so we can customize your service.

Can I bring my child with me to my appointment?

For safety and to maintain a peaceful environment, we do not allow children in the studio unless they are receiving a service. The minimum age for services is 16, and a parent or guardian’s approval is required. We appreciate your understanding in helping us create a relaxing experience for all guests.
